The charge will show PAYPAL*TOIBOCKS, INC. Will anyone be able to figure out what is in my package? We ship your ToiBocks in a brown cardboard box. What if I have a privacy question? What is the status of my order? When you order ships, ToiBocks will email you with a tracking number. You can confirm the date and method of shipment, an estimated date of arrival and a tracking number, if available. Why am I being redirected to PayPal for my credit card purchases? ToiBocks feels that using PayPal is safe, secure and allows most credit cards to be accepted for your purchase. Do I need a PayPal account to buy a ToiBocks? No, you do not need to create a PayPal account. If you have one, however, you have the advantage of paying for your ToiBocks from your PayPal balance. Is PayPal safe? Am I paying extra for PayPal? PayPal is one of the safest most convenient payment methods available. There is no charge for using PayPal. Why did I not receive a confirmation email? Since you are dealing directly with PayPal for your payment, you will need to contact them regarding this @ www.paypal.com. If you need assistance with this, please just contact us and we will be happy to assist you. An item is missing from my order upon delivery, what do I do? Sometimes, because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately.
