ToiBocks Return Policy

If you receive a product, shipped to you by ToiBocks.com, that has been damaged during shipping please contact UPS directly to file a claim with them at:

ToiBocks.com will ONLY accept returned items WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE under two (2) conditions: 1. The item(s) you received are defective or 2. You decided the items are unwanted. If you meet these criteria, then:
  1. Email CustomerService@ToiBocks.com with Return or Exchange in the subject line. Please include: Your order ID number, name, email address, mailing address and a brief explanation for the reason for your return. Alternatively, you may call us at (818) 392-8558 Monday-Friday 9am-4pm PST with this information.
  2. You will then receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number) from ToiBocks and, if product is defective, a free return shipping label.
  3. Return your defective or unwanted items in their original packaging and include the RAN number, a note telling us what the problem was and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. ToiBocks.com will only credit the source of the payment in the event of a refund. If you return your item(s) as unwanted you will be credited your original purchase amount, minus shipping/handling charges and a $2.50 restocking fee.
NOTE: We cannot accept unwanted products that are opened or used and return labels are only available for defective products. If you are returning your unwanted items be sure to get a tracking number from your carrier of choice. We are not responsible for any shipping charges for returned item(s). If you are returning a defective item, to avoid shipping charges please request a return label when calling for your Return Authorization Number.

Defective products will be replaced and shipped via UPS Ground at no additional charge. For all orders, please allow up to 6 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
